// How long have you been a member of Limitless Lab?

A little more than 2.5 years!

// What is your ‘WHY’? (i.e. why are you a member, what keeps you coming back for more, what is your personal success story, etc.)

My “why” is my family and kids. I want to stay on top of my health to maintain my mobile and active lifestyle. I actually enjoy the post-workout soreness and feel so good after an intense class at the Lab. It's been a life-changing place for me!

// What is your favorite fitness movement and why?

Anything with a barbell. Give me any lift and I'll be happy to do it. If I had to pick just one, I would say cleans are are at the top of the list.

// What is your least favorite workout/movement and why?

I don’t really have a least favorite workout movement, but if I had to pick one - shuttle runs or burpee box overs. They just aren't my thing. BUT…I love that feeling when you finish them.

// What is your pre- and/or post-workout fuel?

I chug Herbalife Prepare before the workout and usually hammer a Herbalife 24 shake afterwards. If I have some extra room in my schedule, I try to head over to Rapid Fuel!

// What is your favorite gym ‘quirk’ or personal mantra (i.e. inside joke, well-known member quirk, saying, etc.)?

Haha, I am not sure I have one of these. I have never really given it much thought, but if I have to come up with something, I'd say my gym clothes. I have some of the brightest around!

// What’s the weirdest thing in your gym bag?

My gym bag is my everyday backpack, so who knows what you will find inside. It changes by the day!
